Frozen Fall

Frozen Fall

Here is a nice picture I shot while walking around a frozen pond.   The pond was located within Richardson Nature Center, one of my favorite local Minnesota parks.  The park is quite large and has many attractions including bike trails, extensive walking paths, cross country skiing, a very large playground,  and a ski/snowboard hill.

Here is a Haiku poem I wrote for the above photo:

Once green and warm growth,

Dispelled from their mother’s grasp,

Frozen they will last.
